Desjardins set out to highlight their commitment to road safety with materials designed specifically for media outlets. Tasked with bringing their message to life, I created an engaging infographic and a motion graphic video that translated key road safety points into visually compelling and shareable content. Through collaboration with the PR team, we crafted designs that resonated with audiences, ensuring media outlets had impactful resources to showcase Desjardins’ dedication to safer roads.

The motion graphic video was a comprehensive project crafted entirely using Adobe Illustrator and After Effects. From initial art direction to final export, I managed every aspect of its production. I collaborated with a colleague to record the voice-over, edited the music for a polished finish, ensured the video flowed at a good pace and effectively conveyed Desjardins’ road safety message. The result was an engaging and informative video that resonated with media outlets and their audiences.

The PDF handout was a valuable informational resource and a visually compelling piece for media stories. It supported news coverage and became a feature in articles about road safety. After storyboarding the layout, I streamlined production by repurposing assets from the video and illustrating the PDF to align seamlessly with the motion graphic. This approach saved time while maintaining a cohesive visual style, ensuring the handout effectively communicated Desjardins’ key points.
