Starbucks Canada initially partnered with us for public relations support, but after I joined the team, the partnership grew into a full 360 creative collaboration. Focusing on creating cohesive and engaging brand experiences, we expanded our efforts to include video production, motion graphics, event coverage and designed internal communications. These initiatives helped Starbucks Canada connect more deeply with its communities and employees, highlighting its dedication to sustainability, local engagement, and its role as a community leader across the country (both in French and English).

Content content content
During my time with Starbucks Canada, I created diverse content tailored to various needs. From illustrated graphic cards for their Newsroom to posters designed for backrooms to engage employees (partners), I ensured every piece aligned with the brand’s voice and goals. I also edited videos from town halls, produced PR assets for product drops, and supported other creative projects as needed. This variety showcased my ability to provide comprehensive, on-brand content that met both the team’s and client’s evolving needs, strengthening communication and engagement at every level.
Local heros
Starbucks' Social Impact program spotlights local heroes and celebrates their contributions to the community. Tasked with bringing these stories to life, I animated their narratives, capturing the essence of their impact and furthering Starbucks' mission to recognize and uplift community members.
Calm in the chaos
During the pandemic, clear and thoughtful communication was essential for guiding customers through new safety procedures. Our team was tasked with creating content that not only conveyed essential information but also eased anxieties during a challenging time. We developed a series of soft, illustrative videos that presented Starbucks Canada's procedures in a calm and approachable manner. This strategy helped customers feel reassured and confident in how to interact with stores safely, ultimately making the messaging more effective and impactful.
Landing page for social impact
The client sought an innovative storytelling approach for Starbucks' Social Impact page and desired a design that would echo their ambition to sell the narrative in a new, exciting way. The client did not want a conventional webpage. I spearheaded the website's layout, collaborating closely with developers and copywriters to ensure a timely launch that met and exceeded client expectations. This project garnered great admiration from the client, affirming the effectiveness of our cohesive and innovative design strategy.
